What is The D2C Summit?

The D2C Summit is India’s largest D2C & ecommerce conference, featuring over 5000+ attendees and a star-studded lineup of 75+ expert speakers from India’s booming D2C & ecommerce ecosystem. Learn how to build and scale your D2C and Ecommerce business from India’s top brands and experts.

Where will The D2C Summit take place?

The D2C Summit is a live virtual event and you can attend the event from anywhere with a laptop or mobile.

How many people can use the same log-in credentials?

The platform is designed to only allow one user per ticket, there will not be the ability to share login credentials.

How can I log-in to the event?

Once you have registered for The D2C Summit, you will receive the log-in details to our live event platform 3 days prior to the event.

What timezone will the virtual conference be in?

The D2C Summit will be live on 16th & 17th September 2022. Although the platform will be open throughout the event, the live sessions will be conducted between 10 am to 8 pm IST. The on-demand session recordings can be accessed after the event has concluded with an All-Access Pass or an Annual Inc42 Plus membership.

When will more details around the schedule, presentation topics, companies attending be listed?

We’re constantly updating the website to showcase more details to attendees, this is the best place to keep up to date on information ready to be made public. Alternatively, we will also be sending regular updates in your mail inbox too.

What happens if I miss any session or want to watch it again?

With an All-Access Pass or an annual Inc42 Plus membership, you can watch all the session recordings anytime on-demand, even after the event ends.

Will there be multiple sessions taking place at the same time?

The D2C Summit has 3 parallel stages that will be hosting sessions simultaneously. However, you can watch the session recordings on-demand anytime post the event with an All-Access Pass or an Annual Inc42 Plus membership.

Can I interact with the speakers during the event?

There will be a live chat option during each session wherein you can ask questions to the speakers directly.

Do I need to register for each session?

No. You get access to all the sessions once you have registered for the event. Individual session registration is not required.

How can I purchase a ticket?

What ticket type is for me?

There are two types of tickets available - Individual and Team which are further split into annual and monthly passes. The annual pass gives you access to all of Inc42 Plus’ premium content along with a bouquet of other services

Can I upgrade my pass?

Yes, you can easily upgrade your pass by contacting us at [email protected].

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

No. The tickets to the event are non-transferable

Can I get a refund if I’m not able to attend?

The membership pass, which includes the ticket to the event is non-refundable

When will I get my free goodies?

Hi, you will be receiving the details to claim your free goodies within 1 week after the event i.e. 17th September 2022.

Are free goodies available for all passes?

No, the free goodies are only available for an All-Access Pass & Team All-Access Pass respectively.

I got my ticket before 15th Aug. Can I still claim my gift?

No, the free goodies are only available for a limited time period and passes purchased during this timeframe are only eligible for them.
